When you pay over $5,000 a month, in my opinion, you are paying not only for care, compassion, and safety, but also for peace of mind—knowing your loved one will be treated with consistency and respect. Unfortunately, Bickford falls short in providing both peace of mind and respect. The quality of meals and the cleanliness of the dining room are subpar and completely unacceptable. Horrible management and they ignore people here. They do pay more then $17. Try to see if yell can get more.

I’d like to take a moment to discuss my experience with this place. Unfortunately, I’ve found the staff to be quite unprofessional, and the CNAs' behavior is concerning. It’s alarming that there are only one or two pages of information for the entire facility. Additionally, residents are allowed to go down to the dining room in their pajamas, and it often takes an excessively long time for staff to attend to them. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN. We thought we had five days after signing the contract to change our minds. Not true. We were charged $2,150 and never stepped foot in Bickford.
