The Bickford family began their journey into senior living in 1991 for their beloved mother, Mary Bickford, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and whose needs became too great for them to manage. As they researched senior living options, they were shocked at what they found. The options offered too much or too little - none met her needs and nothing felt like home. Since they couldn't find what they wanted, they decided to create what she needed. What has sprung from Mary's life continues to grow, but at the end of day all t... read more

My mother (disabled vet) can not even get rides that were supposed to be part of the contract to her VA appointments

Great, clean facility, with staff that cares. Being one floor is a plus as you always see residents out and about, often doing puzzles in the puzzle corner, or playing games together. I have been in a lot of assisted livings and you will see how the residents are out and about in the mornings in the courtyard! I also love that the memory care wing has its own courtyard with plants, and residents aren’t just alone in their rooms all day (and are almost always together). Definitely worth a tour!
