This place has the worse service! I order an item & somehow order went somewhere else & never got the item. When I contacted them worse customer service, after 2 weeks of back & forth, they said they will give me credit for the item & reorder. When I try to reorder, price went double. They also use worse shipping method, which takes forever to get. You better off order from fairwayfordparts.net. Much faster & better price!!!!
Running with low staffing, the 'recall' appointments are running six months from day of request. I guess that is common right now but very frustrating. They did change my oil and rotate my tires quickly.
