They could pay their vendors and not try to rip them off. They could value the residents more by paying performers who they love who bring them MUCH JOY and LOVE. Neglecting their EMOTIONAL NEEDS is a disservice to the elderly sick people you live there. I Highly suggest you find another place for your loved one.
