TLDR: Scheduled appointment 2 months in advance and they did not work on my truck, wasted a vacation day also. Thanks for making that call Kevin. Scheduled appointment 2 months ago. Was specific about what service needed to be done including a roush recall, gave them the recall # and what it was for. When I arrived Kevin said he had no idea what i was talking about and there was no recall.
