I went in for a interview by Shelby the interview went beautifully she showed me around the building went over every detail about the job she told me she really liked me and they always hire everyone because of short staff….she told me check my email. 2 weeks later and nothing I emailed and called to get nothing in return from them so it was a waste of time and very disrespectful and not professional at all! As a young person starting their career in medicine, my experience working at Bickford of Portage has been wonderful. Each day I not only learn from my peers and administrators, but also my residents. I have had the opportunity to use my knowledge in nursing school and directly apply it to the workplace. Was supposed to start here but the executive director gave me the run around until I called her out on her BS then I was no longer eligible for employment, Brandy Mcweathy is a horrible Director and needs to not be in charge, it’s to overwhelming for her obviously, had my interview on July 22 and I had to chase her around for months to get my fingerprints scheduled and those were all unsuccessfull each time due to her not knowing which code had already been used for the payment of the fingerprints even after I wasted gas a d... read more
