I own a Bickell built home and don't understand the design choices. When having 3 to 4 people live in a house, please consider designing kitchens to accommodate meal preparation for that number of people. These kitchens in these homes are a small afterthought aren't functional. Also the use of space such as a large open to above the foyer would be better with a den or additional washroom upstairs. Also no downspout connection above the porch is an odd choice. Just leads to lots of water damage below the spout. Overhanging sh... read more
