Great experience with a newly installed AC unit. Reached out to multiple company's for my needs. Needed some ductwork retrofitted and Bick was the only one pitching to tie in the ductwork the right way. Thanks guys. Customer service a+.

Came out first thing on a Saturday morning and methodically chased down the problem in short order. What originally seemed like a power surge problem from an electrical storm the night before turned out to be a loose wire on the circuit board controlling the thermostat. This was caused by the original installer several years ago. Not sure how many techs would have caught that. I highly recommend Bicks!
