Came out first thing on a Saturday morning and methodically chased down the problem in short order. What originally seemed like a power surge problem from an electrical storm the night before turned out to be a loose wire on the circuit board controlling the thermostat. This was caused by the original installer several years ago. Not sure how many techs would have caught that. I highly recommend Bicks!
Was dealing with a company not local to do the work on my furnace and ac, wasn't happy with them anymore so called Bicks. I was super happy they showed up on time, as the last place never did, Nick was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be using them from now on going forward.

Bick is one of the best company’s that I have worked with. They are extremely responsive and good with communication, and I’m constantly impressed by how quick they get things done. Whenever something goes wrong at my house I know I can trust Bick to fix it.
If I could give 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough for how amazing Bick’s is. We had Bick’s remodel our bathroom into two separate bathrooms this past October. They did a fantastic job and it looks amazing. The contractors, technicians, and staff were nothing short of amazing all the way through.
