This place is great. Dwight explained to me what maintenance my bike needed and what they planned to do in order to get it ready for the season.
I thought the reviews were overhyping it but I was wrong! In my experience bike shops can feel a bit snobbish and exclusive, but BiCi was the best experience I’ve ever had in a bike shop. I have a vintage 70s bike that is very precious to me, so I was nervous bringing it to a new shop, but the flywheel was having an issue, so I brought it in to BiCi.
