Josie is the best nail tech ever!!! I've gone a few times to do mani and pedi. I always pick her because she takes her time, but she is also quick and very kind! :) I recently got my hair cut at the spa side of the establishment. I got my haircut with Susie. She did an amazing job and also cut my 2 year old hair! She is great with kids and also very helpful and kind 😊.
Prior to today, would have given 5 stars. I came in Saturday to get a refill. I told the girl the corners were too pointy. She filed them down to a certain point. I felt they were still too pointy but I trusted her judgement. Saturday night, the acrylic started falling off and lifting in many places. The earliest I could come in was today. I drove 25 minutes to their salon, they stop taking walk ins at 6 and I got there by 5:58 pm. I was told the girl who did my nails would be in till Wednesday.
