I had Bichon Roofing come take a look at my roof. My roof was only 10 years old. He said it was brittle. I also was having problems with my outside stair case. He said he would fix it for free if I had him do the roof. I hired him because I thought he was going to fix my stairs. After completing the roof he looked again at my stairs and said he couldn't fix them. I hired him for my roof because he was going to fix my stairs also for free. Promise not kept!
