Went for an iron infusion in July and then a second one today (September), Anna and her colleague were amazing! Anna remembered me from July and was amazing all round, made sure I was comfortable, had a chat about how Ive been and made the process feel very personal and completely at ease
Absolutely incredible care and the smiliest staff I have ever met From arrival to departure we were looked after swiftly and always with a smile Anna was especially efficient, caring, considerate, compassionate and informative whilst my mother in law was having treatment To all the team in the hospital and especially Anna & her colleagues in Haematology 🌼 thank you so very much and keep on smiling because you made the experience a very lovely one indeed. Visited yesterday, haematology dept for consultation and possible iron infusion. A very pleasant experience all round, from reception, the consultant (a lovely, friendly and very pleasant man) and the nurse who took a blood sample, again particularly friendly, pleasant with a lovely sense of humour. Thank you all.
This is a review for Bicester Community Hospital ward. My dad was there for a week and a half initially for rehab and then unfortunately for end of life care. The staff were fantastic. We were always welcomed when we signed in, and there was nothing that was too much trouble. We will always be indebted to them for the care and compassion shown, particularly in his last days.
My son (4yo) was referred here for a chest X-ray. We were seen really quickly and the staff were lovely. The receptionist even got my son a special teddy bear to take in with him. The radiographers took time to explain everything to my son and put him at ease. He got a sticker too. Was very impressed by the staff here…my son had such a positive experience! Thank you to the staff for making a fuss of him!
