I would like.to add my experience with Bical service is very professional weather it's a lease or service is remarkable. My service person David is a very courteous person. From Krystal to new location I am a long time customer to this dealership.
I dropped my car off on Tuesday 7/29/25 at 8am. There was a recall on the transmission for Camaro that needed to be reprogrammed. I had something similar done a few months prior, which they were able to fix by the end of the business day. I also was having an issue with my fuel gauge where I would have a full tank of gas, and it would suddenly go down to empty and the maintenance light would come on. Been dealing with Bical auto since they were Krystal never had a problem, until recently when I had to deal with Ernest Wan from the service department. Update ; Reached out today talked to John the service manager he spoke like a gentleman and apologized , didn't say if the part came in or was even ordered, its 2 weeks later. Service Rep Ernest Wan made it clear that I was gonna have to wait he had to take care of his people first, like he was looking for a hand out, To top it off there is a few dollars in quarters missing ... read more

Horrible experience worse service I’ve ever seen damaged my car and didn’t claimed responsibility to cover up they deleted my cars pictures from they’re system, they’re manager refuses to show cameras
