We had a massive tree removed and were very pleased with the service from BIC. I call to get some info and Jason came out the next day for a free estimate and gave us a great quote. The team came out within a week and took care of the tree. They communicated everything they were doing and were very punctual. Highly recommend!

Jason and all of the guys at BIC Outdoor and Tree Service did a top-notch job. They were professional, responsive, and provided fast service from start to finish. Their crew safely removed more than twenty large trees that were located close to the house and power lines, which was no small task. B.I.C Tree Service helped us when our insurance had issues with a very large oak with limbs overhanging our roof. Once the weather cooperated, the team came out and was able to cut away the large limbs overhanging the home. They asked for me to come out and see if I wanted any more cut back and were wonderful in fulfilling my request to make sure any smaller branches were cut back all the way to the limb giving the oak a better appearance. Small town good folks.

Jason and team are phenomenal. Communication was on point and on time. Day of job was done faster than I could open my home camera app. Just such a delight to have a local business that is fair, respectful, honest and delivers incredible service. Will certainly use the team at BIC for any needs.
