This is the second time that I’ve used BIC Tree service. The first time was fine. This time was the complete opposite . In February a neighbor’s tree fell on my property & needed to be removed. My first call was to BIC since I had used them previously. I made the mistake of not getting a quote upfront and just presumed they would be competitive & easy to work with as they were the last time. Jason and his team are very friendly and professional.Price was a lot cheaper than others.They arrived at the time they said they would,matter fact they was waiting for the power company to drop power line from our house to cut the tree down.And this job was done on our coldest morning of this year.They even called the power company to hook our power line back up for us.Even cleaned the mess up.We would highly recommend Jason and his team.We would definitely only use them for any other tree jobs.Thanks Jason and your team.
