Bibo Shoreditch exudes a chilled-out, trendy vibe where you can meet friends and actually hear each other. It is essentially Spanish tapas in an upmarket bistro setting. While the selection might be limited for those with gluten sensitivities, the staff are knowledgeable about the ingredients and inspire confidence. We had a great dinner at Bibo - the food was really yummy and the service and atmosphere was amazing. Our server, Evelyn was sooo lovely and attentive and she did an excellent job at explaining the menu and recommending some great dishes. She also surprised us with a slice of cheesecake as we were celebrating some good news. It was such a special treat and made the whole experience extra special. Thank you!
Wonderful service from Evelyn. She was knowledgeable, personable and approachable. The food was incredible. The best Tapas I've ever had. 🙂
