Need to remove the "express" from the name. Ordered in person at the counter 30 minutes before 1/2 the food arrived. Watched one meal stop steaming and get cold while they made other meals. Watched the soup get cold on the counter. Finally delivered cold soup and 1 cold bowl topped with a hot egg. Kept waiting for the 2nd bowl to be delivered. Food would be good warm. We won't be back.
Express is misleading - 35 minutes from ordering to eating. The temperature of the food confused me - some warm rice, some cold rice. Veggies were cold but chicken was room temperature with no flavor. My friend's spicy pork was warm and very flavorful. I did eat most of my bowl and was absolutely stuffed, so the portion size is large (I got regular size). Staff was pleasant. They need another person working to keep up with the orders.
Maaaaan!!!! I should've BEEN a patron here a looong time ago because this was sooo delicious 😋🤤😋🤤 and that young lady at the counter, I forgot to look at her name but she was so sweet, patient and helpful! I highly highly recommend this place! My bowl, which was beef and chicken was only $20. This was my lunch, dinner and tomorrows lunch. It's huge and this is the small bowl. These pictures don't do it justice.
Today I visited BiBim Express. I ordered the beef bimbim bowl and the fish buns. It was so good snd tasty. I would recommend all people visit this place.
