Love the people who work here. Friendly and welcoming. My only concern is that I got sick after eating my chicken bowl. I haven’t gone back since then. Hopefully the necessary steps can take place to avoid this.
Cheap serving ingredients ALWAYS have to ask for more. And no jalapeno peppers
Staff will leave people with online orders waiting while they fill orders of people in line that arrive 10+ minutes later. Staff severely lacks prioritization. Serving size is inconsistent. Orders have been wrong a few times and you need to check their work. Edit: tried again - pushing a 30 minute wait for online order while like goes around and around. don't ever online for this place Food is good whenever you get it, if the bowl is filled to its normal amount.
I used to love bibibop, but their service has been slacking lately. I ordered online, arrived at the estimated time, and didn't receive my food for 30 minutes. They forgot my sauce, the line went through 2 full rotations, and continuous asking of where my order was should never have happened.
