I received the free bowl promotion they offered, and was told I took the correct steps to redeem it by one employee. When I went to pay, the cashier told me I could not redeem it yet and though I showed her the sign posted in the store itself, she refused to honor the promotion, asking me to pay the full price of both bowls despite conceding that the promotion is valid as I was a new user and made a purchase > $10. My friend had this experience about a month ago, though we chalked it up to a fluke.
This place is great! Fresh healthy options. Much better than Chipotle!
