Good food! Don't expect great service in any way shape or form. On every occasion servers obviously did not want to be there and are very rude and don't have an answer when I ask why the rice is purple. Toppings are NOT endless as the in store menu says and they pick and choose how or when to fight you on it. They WILL upcharge you. Watched 5 people order and everyone heard about an upcharge. Also will help too many people at once and if there is even a short line your food will be cold.
Unprofessional staff, nobody wanted to take my order and use of inappropriate language. I would not trust these people with my food. If there was a no star rating I would give it 0. I love Asian BIBIBOP but this place needs a new manager.
I've had to edit my review because recently the quality of food has not been good. Potatoes looked old and discolored. Food did not taste fresh. Disappointed because I used to like eating here.
