Absolutely the most healthy bang for your buck. Huge portions, great flavors, couldn't recommend this place more
First time trying bibibop and it did not disappoint. It was pretty good. Tasted fresh and healthy and has a good taste and it is affordable. The customer service was good too. Prepared fast. Not a long wait. Plenty of options. Not bad fifa have to try some other menu items next time. I would recommend trying this place out if you are in the area.
Zero stars! I'm a doordasher,went to this place to pick up an order. They made me wait,served other 16 people in front of me and my order was still not ready!!! I feel bad for the person who ordered thru doordash, i' m not sure they will get their food tonight. Plus the place is a pigsty,everybody singing,dancing,having a good time ,but they don't have time to prepare the orders. Disgusting behavior!
For a long time, this BIBIBOP location was such a reliable go‑to for quick, healthy food in Mentor, and I recommended it to everyone. Over the last two months, though, it’s really gone downhill. The lines have gotten much longer, mobile orders are taking a lot more time than they used to, and they’re regularly out of key ingredients that used to be staples in my bowl.
