I usually have a great experience with ordering from Bibibop, but today I was incredibly disappointed with my meal. I ordered Korean bbq and extra spicy Korean chicken, and only received the chicken. Not to mention the bowl isn’t even halfway full. I tried to call but received no answer and overall am incredibly disappointed that I couldn’t even receive a refund for this order. Excellent food!
Came into Bibibop a bit ago and the service and atmosphere was amazing! The workers were all so sweet especially the one girl named Madison K she helped me decide what to order, since I had never been here before. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who has issues with gluten, as both me and a family member struggle with this issue.
