We love this Bibibop location! We will drive from Mayfield to specifically go to this establishment. Or deliver if we can’t drive out. We had a very minor blip with our order and we reached out and spoke with manager Raul, who was EXCEPTIONALLY professional and helpful. He showed care and compassion and was beyond kind with helping us and answering our concern. Thank you Raul and kudos to you for leading a great team!!
We were professionally greeted & told that there would be a wait for the roasted potatoes. A time was given & the service provided was excellent as usual.
