Waited over 40 minutes additional for an online order pickup to be ready. The line in store was moving quicker than anything pre placed. The food coming out of this location is of significantly lower quality than other locations and is inconsistent. Regret coming here anytime I have.
Places an online order for pick up and both bowls were wrong, with one missing the meat entirely. Submitted an online complaint and never received a response. Disappointed as I've always had a good experience with BIBIBOP.
