Came in on Saturday with my friend to pick up our app orders. When checking they said rice had to be made so my order would take a few mins but my friends was already done. I sat back down and waited about 25 minutes and went up to the cashier for an update (i saw rice being put into bowls). The cashier told me that they have to catch up on in store orders first before they can do any online orders. Very clean. Nice staff. Delicious food. Somebody needs to fix the water button. It keeps getting stuck.
This is the only quick eats place I can go to feel fueled and nourished. The staff are like rays of sunshine here! They're always smiling and ready to deliver top service. Even with long lines, they keep converation while rushing to get hot food on the line; they've got an awesome team. Keep it up!
Used to love going here or getting take out. The last time, tonight for takeout, was awful. Orders from the app were made incorrectly, one bowl was completely forgotten. The three bowls that were made, 2 of them were made incorrectly. Multiple forgotten packs of sauce. Upon going back to the store to bring this to their attention, had to explain the same situation to 4 different people, and were asked multiple times “where is your order?” Will not be getting take out here again.
