Terrible service. I went here a few days ago. I placed a mobile order online and my food was not ready for another 30 minutes after it said it would be ready. Employees were talking to one another at the register and only 1 person was making the bowls and helping consumers.
Asked for extra lettuce and the young man gave me what I wanted until an older lady told him that he gave me too much and began to take the lettuce out of my bowl and said that was all I could get. I was in shock, I had another bowl as well and everything she was preparing for both of my bowls was just insignificant to her and I asked for extra egg on one of my bowls seemed to be an issue with her as well, but the real problem was at the register.
