Soo and her team are amazing & the food is delicious
I had a very disappointing experience at the Bibibop on Hilliard Rome Rd. I came in to eat and politely asked for a small cup of ice since I had brought my own drink. While I was eating, the manager, Soo Reier, came over and told me those cups were for water only. I explained the situation, but instead of handling it professionally, she made me dig through the trash to show her my drink in front of everyone. LOVE the Hilliard Rome Rd location! Soo is amazing--so kind, friendly, sweet, and genuine! Her staff is wonderful, too. Always smiling, warm greeting, and kind. The portion size is perfect and the food is always fresh. I visit at least once a week. I always recommend the company and this particular location.
