Went there at 7 pm two days ago and all the food was so dry and nasty looking! their excuse was: we are near closing so take it or leave it! omg! i am so tired of these eat outs in cleveland! ran by people who could care less cause they probably get paid little! i wouldnt be surprised if AI takes over food service the way these places suck in 2025.
I just returned home from studying for finals and opened my order. To my surprise, there was a plastic straw wrapper mixed in with my food. At a price point of $13, I expect basic quality control, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. I want to bring this to your attention because a foreign object in a meal is not simply an inconvenience. It is a preventable breakdown in food-handling procedures. Please advise on how you would like to address this.
Great atmosphere and very clean store.
It ain't gourmet, but it is fast, friendly, inexpensive, and pretty much Korean.
