I don’t usually post reviews, but I think the owner needs to know what’s really going on and how we felt as customers. They are usually friendly here, but today, March 22, 2025, at around 7:30 PM, the staff on duty were very rude. My friend ordered a bowl, but it was mostly lettuce. I understand that there may have been a language barrier since they spoke Spanish, but when we asked for extra rice, they gave us a look, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made us feel uncomfortable. Delicious!! If you are not sure about trying BIBIBOP, the owner is usually at the Canton Expo at Kent State, and I believe that it is held March 13th this year. Also, check out Elevate Chiropractic and Wellness while there. Dr. Kyle is absolutely amazing! Tell him I sent you!
first time ordering, all photos show noodles to have carrots, kale & flavor... clearly they just threw cooked noodles into my bowl, and my bowl was mostly noodles, barely anything else. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant , and wow it did not disappoint. We were greeted by a very helpful young lady who explained the process of building your bowl. I chose noodles with broccoli, potatoes and corn then added lots of cold veggies (pickled onions, cucumbers, kimchi, kale and egg) then chose Korean barbecue chicken.
