WARNING — I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BIBIBOP IN DES PLAINES, NEAR O’HARE AIRPORT I am writing this review because I believe customers have the right to know what I observed at this establishment, especially those with special dietary needs. My daughter has celiac disease, which is why we really appreciate Bibibop’s gluten-free food options. Customer service was TERRIBLE. The girl up front purposefully went over me to another customer. When the customer told her I was first she walked away and continued to make me wait. The food was not fresh.
I am a korean. You know sometimes we try to find good Korean food location ls but not easy to find. But I found exactly what I want. Here. I strongly recommend and order Koreanish food!!!!
Fast service, friendly and helpful staff. They were super patient with our big group out out-of-towners rolling up and having a bunch of questions. Shoutout to Brad!
