We ordered delivery while visiting Chicago and had an absolutely awful experience. Our order was completely wrong and we were missing items entirely. I tried calling the restaurant over and over again to get it sorted out, but the phone just rang endlessly. I have no idea how this place has a 4.9 rating. Complete letdown.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Emma (the manager) was behind rude to me. Messed up my order and then got mad at me for it.
I received a bowl that I was very unsatisfied with. It had about a half scoop of meat portion packed with rice & noodles at the bottom. I even added extra meat to the order and it was honestly disappointing for $24 I even called the store about 6 times in which it continued to ring.
