My wife ordered take out online. Only 2 custom bowls. Got back home to realize they forgot sauces and rice for both items. When I went back to get the items after telling cashier what happened she didn't even apologize to me until I stated it was a long way driving back. There was no compensation or anything. This was our first time ordering. Food was good, but service was very poor.
The bowl customizable add-on options are AMAZING. Everything tasted fresh even though I went in pretty late at night. Plus the bowl is plenty food, you could probably split it into 2 meals! Only complaint is that the chicken I got was slightly dry.
Long lines, but in and out really fast. Kind staff. 10/10

I went in at about 3:30 PM on November 6. I am strictly vegan and told them that, but there was a piece of meat in my bowl. They were going to take forever to remake it, and could not get a refund working in the system. I kept telling the young woman working that I was late to a meeting and asked them to give me cash or a gift card back instead.
