Called first to see if the establishment was in walking distance from my place of work and the young lady said yes after I described the area and she said yes as I am working and not really familiar with this area. We stumbled across this small, cozy, family-run gem while on our way to a different Persian restaurant, and I am so glad we did! For those wondering, I verified with the staff that their lamb and beef are halal. We ordered the baba ghanoush, kubideh, and the beef burger, and everything was spectacular. Good service might exist but not the lunchtime we were there -- you get to pour your own water and set your own table from the pile of napkins and tableware dropped off for you In case you are unaware of their system, your food arrives more or less in the same fashion and you sort it out when you get hungry enough.
