Dr Bibi is wonderfully understanding. If my A1C goes up - stress and grief play into that. Stuff you cant control. She takes time to explain. Who knew lobster and shrimp had Chlorestorol. I thought it was health. I cut back on it. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Especially when I had surgery and wanted her OK. If I have questions - use the app to get answers from Dr Bibi quickly. Pay bills through the app makes it so convenient.
Literally called to check things for my first appt. Asked if there was anything i need to do/bring for this, but they told me “10:30. Be here at 10mins before with insurance and ID.” Im here 7mins or so early because traffic, but then after waiting 20 mins, they come out with an appt card saying i was supposed to be here at 10? So i’m 30 MINUTES LATE for my appt?!?! And that there was paperwork. So because i didn’t do what i was supposed to do, Dr. Bibi wont see me?
