Shane came to install our EV arrived at the time he had messaged us very polite and helpful my autistic son sat watching him for 30 mins both chatting away. Very tidy in his work ethic. The final job completed looks great before he left gave us a quick rundown of how to use in dummy mode as our current phone is to old a model for the Octopus app. All to get her very pleased. Would highly recommend. From initial enquiry to the charger being installed the service was friendly, efficient and professional. email/messages were replied to quickly and with the required information allowing for an easy quote process. The cost was competitive and Jonny the engineer came when he said, was polite, professional and completed the installation without fuss and to a quality standard. Couldn't ask for more.
Had an EV charger installed. Shane the electrician was very professional, polite and tidy. Simple and neat installation and Shane took the time to explain what he was doing so I had a clear understanding of what was involved in the install. Also help set up the charger with the app when complete. Highly recommend!
The engineer arrived promptly, had an engaging and helpful demeanour, and completed the job within a couple of hours. He tidied up and then took the time to explain the App, making sure I was comfortable/happy with everything. Excellent service!
Ordered online, survey easy to do and booked in within a few days. Richard the engineer text the day before to confirm his arrival time, he arrived on time, called before hand and was really friendly and knowledgeable. The charger was fitted very neatly in the required place. We are extremely pleased with the installation, job was completed in a timely manner, and Bibby Energy Solutions have kept us informed all the way through.
