Our experience at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique 07/15/2026 for my daughter’s third birthday was nothing short of catastrophic. We arrived with high expectations for a magical milestone, only to be met with a complete failure of service from the moment we checked in. The front-end staff was inexcusably rude, lacking even the most basic professional courtesy, and the situation was compounded when they revealed they had failed to record our confirmed appointment. The employees were great but the whole experience is ridiculous. You wait and wait and wait in different “holding” places. Kind of sucks the magic out of it
What was supposed to be a magical experience had a sour taste from the start. Our appt was for 4:15 and we arrived at 4. There was a literal hurricane outside the “cast” Refused to let us sit in the lobby and wait there and told us we had to come back even though our apt was in 15 minutes! First off let me say I was up at midnight 60 days in advance for the days were going to Disney and there was no appointments available. We thought she wouldn’t be able to get an appointment but Disney guest services said to check periodically to see if anyone cancels. He said things happen and plans change. And he was right. Three days before I was able to get her an appointment. My daughter went to the boutique and let me just saw how impressed my family was.
