Love my glasses
They completely messed up my fathers eye glasses. He ordered and was billed for transition lens and waited 2weeks on his glasses and we go to pick them up and walk outside in the sun and they don’t transition!! We go inside and they start by telling us they weren’t ordered transition and when they pull up his bill they see it should be transition and ask everyone in the office and find out they made the mistake now he has to wait another week .. so nearly double the time he has alrdy waited!
