always lovely, friendly and great services.
Very poor customer service. I was overcharged and when I enquired about it via phone Nic who I believe is the manager, pretended that he couldn’t hear me anymore and hung up. Says a lot about the type of place it is: AVOID.
5 Stars ✨ all the staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional. The barber Nick cuts and washes my hair and he has a real eye for creativity. His skills for styling and cutting hair is nothing less than 5 stars ⭐️
Used your online booking system & ordered the $95 cut and the full foils colour at $220. I got charged $415 at the til! When I queried it they stated the treatment they gave me was $50 and toner was also $50. What hairdresser charges this separately? Why wasn't I informed of the additional cost at the time of booking online or when I was in the chair? I won't be returning, you need to fix your website.
