I cannot speak highly enough of my recent experience at Biba Salon in Richmond, in particular Peter! I have been to so many salons in Melbourne who haven't been able to get the blonde I was looking for right. A colleague recommended Peter as the go to for blonde in Melbourne and all I can say is I wish I had found him sooner!
