I’ve been getting my hair cut and coloured by James at BIBA Gertrude St for more than three years, and I couldn’t recommend him or the salon more highly. James has an excellent eye for detail when it comes to both cutting and colouring. He understands what I want, and I really trust that he knows what will work — while also gently encouraging me to take a few risks with my hair. Absolutely wonderful. Everybody is lovely.The salon is warm and welcoming and the stylists are absolutely wonderful. I have had many cuts from Frank (who is an absolute. legend) and also from John and James who are also fab and absolutely lovely people. I walked in with no appointment, tears in my eyes, and completely devastated after a haircut from another salon had left me feeling awful.
