They have 3 dishes most nights. I asked for New York strip. Medium rare. It was well done. Tough. Not good. Weird because they do 3 dishes. The owner comes out and says if you want medium rare you have to order it rare because it keeps cooking while they bring it to the table. lol not my first steak. I see why service was slow though. Biba restaurant has a seasonal menu of upscale foods. I ate dinner here one time. The website says that the foods are Latin-inspired, but I have traveled throughout Latin America, and I think that the foods are more American. The servers spoke nicely with me, but their service was slow. The brussels sprouts, dip, salmon, salad, and cheesecake looked visually appealing and tasted good.
