The ricotta is the best. It reminds of the ricotta my noona used to get from a local Italian dairy . Only drawback is you have to use it up within a week because it gets moldy

This is the second package I bought and the one from two weeks ago molded very fast after opening & I had mixed with another brand, so hadn't noticed the taste or texture. This package I just bought tasted sort of like blue cheeses & then it melted weird, didnt pull apart like a normal block of mozzarella, very shiny like outer coating..and really it was very tasteless. I won't buy ever again.

Opened your large ricotta as soon as I got home from Shoprite and entire container was LIQUID! and it smelled sour! The Best Buy date is three months away. NEVER PURCHASING YOUR BRAND AGAIN!

The worst ricotta I’ve ever tasted. It was grainy. Another reviewer wrote that it was creamy, so maybe I got a bad batch. I threw out 3 full containers of the ricotta. But then I tasted their mozzarella and it was rubbery and melted poorly. VERY disappointing. Unless my local supermarkets stock another brand, I will not make another lasagna using these products. NOTE: Find a better brand because I found these products to be inferior.
