I definitely recommand All State Insurance. Everybody is very polite and helpful. Melissa helped me with my insurance policy as well as Lucy both of them explained to me my whole policy and made sense. Answered all my questions.
Calling their local business number (NOT the main Allstate number--this was their 815 office number) will connect you to a robot asking if you would like a call back. The call back will come from a call center on another continent. It took 14 minutes for me to explain to that call center that I needed one line on an address changed. They kept putting me on hold, and told me twice that their system had just crashed. This could have been done in 30 seconds if a local agent had handled the call.
