Apartment was great but had some issues, The AC was only in one room and the rest were filled with ceiling fans which did not cool down anything much. Hot water is limited which they do not tell you on the website when booking which was an inconvenience but not a total write off. Beds were uncomfortable but tolerable. Quite disappointed, the noise from the maintenance team on the weekends is well and truly unacceptable. 6am they have their mower out dragging the bins to the road. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP IN PAST 6AM. When I spoke with the maintenance manager Frank Zhang he told me they don’t do that till 9am. Don’t really appreciate being told I’m a liar from the staff, doesn’t give a good look for their hotel

Allowing for construction site noise at 2 sites close by (almost unavoidable on the Gold Coast) this is an excellent destination. Warm indoor pool, hot spa and sauna plus small well equipped gym and full size tennis court provided us with a fab 5 days. Our 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and well equipped. Beachfront 16 minutes walk down to Broadbeach and 25 minutes up to Surfers. No shortage of great spots to eat and drink. Great short-stay venue. 👍. 2 pics taken from our 5th floor accommodation attached.
