This past week we stayed in 1118A Point of Rocks at Bianco Sands. I would like to start off by saying that it truly gives a perfect little oasis vibe. Which was a relief to find. Unfortunately, from the very beginning the communication from management was very poor. We are used to having pretty clear information and pictures provided by the management agency. Beware that a medical emergency with documentation will still not get you a refund of any kind! We lost payment for 5 nights! We tried canceling 10 days in advance and even tried to reschedule to no avail. Too many other nice places to stay!!
We enjoyed our stay here with our family. It was a very nice, clean, and quiet place to stay with beach access not far off. We had everything we needed!
