not what they say they are I had asked Bianco's plumbing to fix a plumbing problem at my home and did not receive the service I expected. After being given an estimate I was charge double the price for the work that was done. No call was ever given to me to confirm that I was willing to pay double what he told me I would originally be charged. They don't return phone calls/messages and when I called to dispute the charge the owner yelled at me and hung up. What kind of customer service is that? I have used many other plumber... read more
Awesome job We had some major plumbing work done by this plumbing firm. Absolutely professional work and cleanup. They are a little pricey but you really get your money's worth. Also came by on followup calls in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the work and will definitely hire them again.
