I’m very disappointed with my experience here today. I was really looking forward to enjoying a gelato with my friend, but unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. The young man who attended us, who was wearing glasses and braces, was extremely rude and dismissive. We simply asked how many flavors were included with each cup, and he looked at us with a very rude expression and refused to speak to us throughout the entire interaction. I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The gelato itself was fine, but the customer service was not. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. A friendly attitude and better customer service would make a big difference. Based on my experience, I don’t plan on returning.

I had an excellent experience at Bianco Gelato in Aventura Mall. I tried the passion fruit and dark cherry flavors, and they were absolutely delicious — fresh and full of flavor. Everything was very clean, organized, and the atmosphere was great. I also want to give a special shoutout to Brayan for his amazing customer service. The service is here is absolutely terrible. All of the girls working have horrendous attitudes and are very very rude. This created a very hostile environment for me as a customer and made me not even want to spend money at this place. I don’t recommend anyone purchase anything from here. There are multiple other gelato locations in this mall AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST.
