I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The gelato itself was fine, but the customer service was not. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. A friendly attitude and better customer service would make a big difference. Based on my experience, I don’t plan on returning.

I had an excellent experience at Bianco Gelato in Aventura Mall. I tried the passion fruit and dark cherry flavors, and they were absolutely delicious — fresh and full of flavor. Everything was very clean, organized, and the atmosphere was great. I also want to give a special shoutout to Brayan for his amazing customer service. He was very kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious gelato and excellent service. The service is here is absolutely terrible. All of the girls working have horrendous attitudes and are very very rude. This created a very hostile environment for me as a customer and made me not even want to spend money at this place. I don’t recommend anyone purchase anything from here. There are multiple other gelato locations in this mall AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST.

Sabrosos pero pequeños. La atencion pesima! Un muchachito muy joven me atendio de muy mala gana. Me dió lo que no habia pedido. Le explique que no hablo ingles y fue muy descortes. Le dije como pude que él no era amable y me dijo que yo no lo era y siguio protestando. Se necesita respeto y empatia para trabajar en atencion al publico.
