Manager and staff went above and beyond from begin to end. Part came in same day and I was able to get my car back before the kids sports on Friday which is a huge plus. Highly recommend. Fair price and wonderful service.
Amazing service. I was greeted by Kyle this morning. There was a rattling noise under my car, wasn’t sure what it was so Kyle stated that he will have an answer within 3 hours. I got a call within 1.5 hrs with an explanation that something under the car was rusted. They took care of the problem and He didn’t even charge me for the inspection and labour. Thanks so muck Kyle for the excellent service. This was my first visit and will definitely take my car back for anything related to my car. I highly recommend them
I met Dom and Mike when I had my truck serviced here. Both men were respectful and very friendly. I appreciated the cleanliness and vibe of the waiting area — it felt more like a dealership than a garage! I am grateful to my buddy for suggesting I bring my vehicle to these folks!

Just got my truck back from Bumper to Bumper Bradford and am very happy with the whole experience. Everyone there was really friendly and they got the work done exactly when they said they would. The price didn't change from what they originally quoted me (which is something I've unfortunately had to deal with at other shops even though the work details didn't change).
