These folks are incredibly knowledgeable and were so kind and patient with me. I asked a bunch of questions, and they took their time explaining their processes. Called to get information and after speaking with Caroline on phone for few mins I explained I had to go and she kept rambling on which is fine but then I brought up I had to go again and she immediately scoffs at me and slams the phone down in my ear. I wasn’t rude at all. Shame on her.
Excellent service! Customer friendly! The owner is cooperative and makes sure you are happy with the results. The workmen have been with her for many years and are experts in their field. Caroline, the owner, works on your behalf with the insurance company. She strives to make things right. Truly customer friendly. My car truly looked as good as new! I highly recommend this body shop!
