Bianca is a marvelius lady however I HAVE to be honest! At times she's sweet & her prices are fair however I bought a wig from her that was 75$ & the styling wasn't that good because the wig itselfwas soo cheap it started to unravel! When I asked Bianca for a refund she refused & when I couldn't decide which wig I wanted she threatened to add more to the charge which is TOTALLY unfair & at times if you speak out she has quite the attitude! traumatized. ive never had a wig installed nor have i ever worn a wig before in my life so i decided to do buy a real human hair wig from a really nice store in vancouver. i paid $670 for it and i wanted to get it professionally installed for the holidays. i called this place because i saw a lot of good reviews for it, but those people probably are satisfied with anything honestly. not only did she coerce me into sewing in the wig but she took my brand new expensive wig and cut the lace ALL THE WAY BACK… im a white girl and ... read more

I will prefix by saying Pros: Bianca is a lovely kind lady. And she is fast at braiding. The braids are steady they don't come out. Cons : Too expensive for quality. However from my own personal experience she is subpar at doing hair.and i did not get what i wanted. I wanted thin braids she gave me medium braids. Also my braids are all different sizes. She started small in the back like I wanted and they got bigger going to the front. She is not malicious but she definitely is a tad unprofessional. And I was not 100% satisfi... read more
