Best carbonara I’ve had in a while. The almond twist cocktail tastes like a delicious almond and lemon merengue dessert.
If you love onions and garlic this is the place for you. It’s not authentic Italian. The carbonara is filled with onions and garlic killing the taste of what the Guanciale is suppose to do. I wanted to like it but it’s not authentic and is just completely not Italian.
The food was good but we felt rushed from the moment we sat down. We asked for the meal to be paced. No sooner had we ordered our food and the appetizers were on the table. This happened for the entire meal. As we were having coffee and dessert, they asked us to leave. No offer to move to the bar. Would not go back.
Delicious! I had vongole (spaghetti, clams, pesto). The bread and tomato jam was yummy. No butter oil or vinegar needed
