I am greeted as soon as I step in the lobby. If there’s a patient they’re attending to at the time they kindly ask to have a seat assuring that they have acknowledged me. Wait time is reasonable. Dr. Persaud is THE BEST doctor ever. She takes care and addresses all my concerns giving me options. She makes me feel that she has my best interest at the same time she allows me to take control and manage my concerns and medical needs.
