Wonderful and professional! I had a prong come off my engagement ring and they fixed it promptly and perfectly (and even cleaned it so it’s shining as much as the day I got engaged!) Could not have had a better experience. Definitely coming back for my next jewelry purchase! Their selection was stunning
This review is long overdue, but I wanted to wait for professional photos because I knew they would speak for themselves. Allen designed the most beautiful engagement ring for me, which was even better than I imagined. The design and craftsmanship are unmatched. We went back for a custom wedding band, and Helen nailed that one as well. I couldn’t be happier with the standalone ring or how perfectly it pairs with my engagement ring. I highly recommend Bianca to anyone in need of custom jewelry!
Lisa and Ilba were so helpful!! We came in originally to see if a piece of ours could be repaired, and they were super informative and not pushy at all. Then they were also helpful as we were checking out other things in the store and ended up helping us pick out some really beautiful earrings. The customer service here surprised us with how warm it is, we will definitely come back again :)
