I stopped in here completely last minute because the back of my earring broke right before a wedding I had that night. They were absolutely amazing, so kind, professional, and helpful. They fixed it in under five minutes and would not even let me pay, which honestly shocked me because it is NYC and I expected at least a $20 charge. It was such a small thing, but their kindness and graciousness really stood out. I will definitely be coming back here for any jewelry needs.
