My ex fiance Robyn Presler falsified the rental application using me as her previous landlord then had someone else pretend to be me to give a good reference to get the apartment if this company cant check for fraud then what else are they doing shady wouldnt even apply with this company

If they ask u to pay more than one deposit after u have signed lease. They are not allowed to do so. These people are fraud. They only worry about money. They dont fix nothing. Maintenance is slow and dont know how to fix nothing. Save urself the headache and the eviction.

Just had my storage unit, as well as several other peoples units broken into at their E. Main St. location in Circleville. Brittany was proactive in arriving at the location and having someone repair wooden panels that the thieves used to climb from unit to unit. She also stated that this happens often! For the amount that renters pay, the number of units and properties that Bialy Corp. own/oversee, security cameras are the least that should be expected.
