I know many people who have dealt with this company and it’s just awful. Unfulfilled promises, cheap quality, and not a care in the world for their tenants. It’s disgusting. Do not get involved with these people unless you want to add some regret to your life.

If they ask u to pay more than one deposit after u have signed lease. They are not allowed to do so. These people are fraud. They only worry about money. They dont fix nothing. Maintenance is slow and dont know how to fix nothing. Save urself the headache and the eviction.
