Tried contacting Biala because I was really worried about my son's deteriorating mental health and they didn't want to know, said that it was to do with confidentiality! I explained I didnt want them to talk about anything but I needed to talk and update them on his spiraling behaviour. Still didnt want to know! Im worried someone is going to get hurt. Anybody got any advise to an elderly woman with no support who's son is out of control.
