I completed an outpatient detox here, and all staff I had contact with, both receptionists and doctors, were all caring and professional. I never felt rushed and experienced zero negative behaviours from anyone. I felt cared for and supported. Thank you all for your wonderful service. Ignore the negative reviews and see for yourself how great this service is.
Makes me wait forever for no reason, people need to act less sanctimonious especially when I don't even use the drugs their staff assumes. Like it's not about me it's that if ur treating actual addicts that way how does that help them? Ur just demanding they wear a fake mask to get the help they need. Tried contacting Biala because I was really worried about my son's deteriorating mental health and they didn't want to know, said that it was to do with confidentiality! I explained I didnt want them to talk about anything but I needed to talk and update them on his spiraling behaviour. Still didnt want to know! Im worried someone is going to get hurt. Anybody got any advise to an elderly woman with no support who's son is out of control.
