Reception needs more training. Completely insensitive and rude, threaten to hang up on you after they have made a mistake and caused you to be a week late on your injection. I’ve relapsed multiple times due to their failure to update patient details & due to the insensitivity and judgement from the reception. I’m at the point I’d rather use than feel the way I do whenever i have to go into biala. Red Cab clinic at Caboolture is 100% better.
Visited to get tested for STI test to ensure the infection was cleared after treatment. But has to wait for an hour during their lunch break and when I came back, I was told to go back home without getting tested. The nurse whose name is Sted(?) said, "I can't let you get tested, because it's gonna cost us money. You can go to GP and pay or another facility, but not here." I am waiting for them to return my call , I've left several messages but still haven't heard nothing. I really need help , and when I do I can't get it and when I'm not ready it's shoved in face
Staff were friendly. 1 Star is because I was provided false information from "Dan" from the Drug and Alcohol unit when I was taken by Paramedics to the RBWH for severe alcohol withdrawal. I was given a letter to hand to my doctor the following day with who to contact if she needed further clarification as according to "Dan" whom I recognised from past admissions to HADS Detox.
